JO has been helping me maintain my B.C. era condo HVAC system for about 5/6 years. When I just couldn't take it anymore, I contacted him for a full system replacement. I think that refrigerant has been upgraded about 2 times since my system was first installed, so it had to be an inside/outside deal. Enerfficient set the appointment immediately, kept in touch via text and email, showed up on time, and gave me consistent and efficient air conditioning and heating all for, what I feel, was a fair price. AG went over my invoice with me and kept in contact, via email, with warranty information. Over the past month, the unit has been tested with the fluctuation of the Houston weather and I've been appropriately warm and cool as needed. I am pleased with my choice and recommend their services to others. I appreciate the service!
